Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Ready-to-ship pieces: 5–7 days
• Rings and earrings: 2–3 weeks
• Necklaces and all other pieces: 2½–3½ weeks

Eligible pieces are covered by complimentary repairs for 150 days from the date of purchase. After this period, repair and shipping fees apply. Repair services generally start at $30 plus shipping, depending on the design.

Many rings can be resized, although certain styles, including eternity bands, cannot be adjusted. Resizing generally starts at $60 plus shipping and varies by piece.

Bangles and eternity bands are not eligible for resizing.

Repairs or alterations performed by a third-party jeweler void the warranty; Auvera Craft cannot be responsible for work completed outside our atelier.

Requests may be declined for items showing signs of intentional damage or misuse.
