If you believe your jewelry has a craftsmanship issue, simply contact our customer support team. Once we receive your item, our experts will inspect it and determine whether it is covered under this warranty.

 

What This Warranty Covers

Our Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues that occur during normal wear.

If we confirm that your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

 

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Accidental damage, drops, or impacts

• Bent, crushed, or misshapen rings

• Broken, chipped, or cracked stones caused by impact

• Damage resulting from improper care, misuse, or excessive force

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and surface marks

• Lost or stolen jewelry

• Repairs, resizing, or modifications performed by anyone other than Auvera Craft

 

Professional Repair Services

We understand that accidents can happen.

If your jewelry is damaged for reasons not covered by this warranty, we are happy to offer professional repair services whenever possible.

After inspecting your jewelry, we will provide a repair estimate for your approval before any work begins. Repair charges will vary depending on the type and extent of the damage.

 

Ring Resizing

Ring resizing is not included under our Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty.

We offer professional resizing for a flat fee of $60 USD, plus shipping costs to and from Auvera Craft.

Once we receive your ring, our team will review the resizing request and let you know if any additional work is required before proceeding.

 

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending jewelry to Auvera Craft for:

• Warranty inspections

• Repairs

• Ring resizing

• Return shipping after the service is completed

We recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service when sending your jewelry.
