At Auvera Craft, we want you to truly love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the courier service.
To begin a return or exchange request, please contact our support team at support@auvera.com with your order details. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return authorization process.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and unaltered, and must be sent back in their original packaging, including jewelry boxes, pouches, certificates, and any complimentary gifts received with the order.
Please note that customized jewelry, personalized pieces, engraved items, birthstone-added designs, made-to-order pieces, sale items, and special-size orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service, as Auvera Craft is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed return shipments.
